How to redeem your training vouchers:

1. Check if your Microsoft license agreement contains Software Assurance Training Vouchers. Usually you have to be Benefit Administrator to view all information.

2. Contact Fast Lane to discuss the next steps to redeem the vouchers. We advise on how to optimally use your vouchers and what courses you may attend.

3. From this point we will handle the whole redemption process for you.

In many cases the vouchers are not used due to a lack of knowledge. Check today if and how many vouchers are available for your company and when they will expire. Please note the special cancellation conditions when paying with Microsoft vendor vouchers (SA Voucher).
If you cancel a course outside of our free cancellation periods, any cancellation fees incurred cannot be settled via Microsoft SA Vouchers. You will receive an invoice for the regular cancellation fees based on our terms & conditions instead.

Payment for Microsoft trainings with SATV vouchers requires, in addition to attending the training, that the delivered digital training documents are activated by the participants. If this is not done within 7 days upon the start of the course, the training will be invoiced at the regular seminar price plus VAT, as it is not possible to invoice via SATV Vouchers without activated training documents.
